Embedded work, $40-95 per hour.
Most projects are fixed-price. Hourly applies when you embed us in an ongoing stream of work, an internal team that needs senior capacity, a backlog that changes weekly, a system we operate for you. Rates are blended and senior-led; we agree a monthly cap upfront and you receive a weekly timesheet.

Hourly work is billed monthly in arrears against the timesheet. Fixed-price remains the default for anything with a definable finish line.
How the money side works.
Fixed price or hourly, which applies to me?
Anything with a definable finish line is fixed-price by default. Hourly ($40-95 depending on discipline) applies to embedded, ongoing work where the backlog changes weekly, always with an agreed monthly cap and a weekly timesheet.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit books the project slot. Builds bill per milestone delivered; retainers and care plans bill monthly in advance. We invoice in USD.
What happens if the scope changes mid-build?
The base scope stays fixed. Anything new is written up as a change order with its own price and timeline before the work happens, no surprise line items at the end.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are in USD net of taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT depends on your jurisdiction and is stated on the invoice.
Does the diagnostic fee count toward a build?
Yes. The 48-hour audit is fixed-fee and non-refundable once delivered, but it is credited in full against your first milestone when you sign a build with us within 60 days.
