Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your preferences and to provide aggregated usage statistics.
2. Cookies we use
We try to keep cookies to a minimum. The cookies set on lumienai.com fall into three categories:
Strictly necessary
- session, set by our framework to keep you logged in to admin areas. Expires when you close the browser.
- cookie_consent, remembers your consent choices. Expires after 12 months.
Analytics
- _ga, _ga_*, set by Google Analytics to distinguish users in aggregate. Expires after 14 months. Only set if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- vercel_*, set by Vercel Analytics for privacy-respecting page-view counts. No personal data collected.
Functional
- theme, remembers your dark / light preference if you set one. Expires after 12 months.
3. Cookies we do NOT use
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social-media trackers on the public site. If we ever add them in the future, this page and our consent banner will be updated first.
4. Managing cookies
You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all provide controls). Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the site.
5. Other tracking technologies
We do not use web beacons, fingerprinting, or local storage for tracking purposes. Local storage is used only to store UI preferences (e.g. dismissed banners).
6. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our cookie usage changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
