Research and user flows

UI design

A clickable prototype of the key journeys, so you can test the flow with real people before a line of code is written.

Design systems

Colors, type, spacing, and reusable components, documented in Figma. This is what keeps page 30 looking like page 1 two years from now.

Specs, assets, and a working session with the build team, whether that team is ours or yours.

Not every site needs a redesign, and you should not have to commit to one to find out. A UX audit is the smaller first step: we review your existing site the way a skeptical customer would and report exactly what is costing you inquiries.

The audit covers your key journeys (finding a service, contacting you, checking out), your forms and lead capture, mobile behavior, and page-level clarity. Where you can give us analytics access, we check what the data says against what the design promises. You get a prioritized report: quick wins you can fix this week, and bigger issues with an honest estimate of the effort involved.

Audits are quoted as a fixed price up front, scoped from our standard $40-95/hr rates, and the written proposal arrives within 3 business days. We already run audits like this on real prospect and client sites. It is working practice, not a new product invented for this page.

Most agencies show you polished mockups. Almost none show you what shipped, or what it did for the business. Here is the checklist we would use if we were the ones hiring:

• Ask to see live work, not portfolios. A concept on Dribbble proves nothing. Ask for URLs you can click and case studies you can read. Ours are public: the fixhomeservice.cz rebuild for a Czech home-services company and the Silver Dollar Saloon website are both documented, screenshots included.
• Ask who actually does the work. Many shops sell you the senior in the sales call and staff the project with juniors. We do not keep a junior bench, so the person you talk to is the person who designs.
• Ask how designs become code. If the agency cannot explain the handoff to development, expect the build to drift from the design. We build most of what we design, which closes that gap.
• Get pricing and scope in writing before you commit. Vague estimates become scope disputes. We send a written proposal within 3 business days, priced by milestone.

Any agency worth hiring will pass this checklist without flinching. If one dodges, that is your answer.

What moves the price: the number of unique templates, whether you need user research or can start from what you already know, prototyping depth, and whether a design system is in scope. A five-page marketing site with two unique templates costs a fraction of a 30-screen web app.
