Landing Page Design Service

One page with one job: turning campaign clicks into leads or sales. Copy, design, build, tracking, and A/B testing from $1,500 per page, by a senior team that can also run the ads.

The short version

What Is a Landing Page Design Service?

A landing page design service plans, writes, designs, and builds one page with one job: turning visitors from a specific campaign into leads or sales. It is a smaller scope than a website project, so it costs less and ships faster, and every element on the page exists to move one number.

At Lumien, landing pages start at $1,500 per page. That covers conversion copy, custom design, the build itself, analytics and conversion tracking, and an A/B testing setup, so you can start improving the page the week it goes live.

We are a senior-only team with no junior bench. The people who write and build your page have shipped 60+ projects across 15+ years of combined experience, and a good share of those projects existed for one reason: to make paid traffic pay for itself.

One thing we will say up front: a landing page cannot rescue a weak offer. If your offer needs work, we will tell you before we design anything, because a good-looking page that converts nobody helps neither of us.

What's Included in Every Landing Page

Every landing page project covers five workstreams. If another quote comes in lower, check which of these it leaves out.

Conversion copywriting

A headline that matches the ad, an offer stated plainly, objections answered, and one call to action. Copy comes first because design should serve the message, not decorate it.

Custom design

A mobile-first layout built around your visitor and your offer, not a template with your logo swapped in. It draws on the same discipline as our UI/UX design services: visual hierarchy, credibility, and low-friction forms.

Build

We build on WordPress or Next.js, whichever fits your existing stack. Pages load fast, pass Core Web Vitals, and work on the phones where most ad clicks happen.

Analytics and tracking

GA4 events, Google and Meta conversion tracking, and form or call tracking where it matters. A page you cannot measure is a page you cannot improve.

A/B testing setup

We configure the testing tool and plan your first experiment before launch. It is part of the $1,500 base price, not sold back to you later as an optimization retainer.

Conversion craft

How Do You Improve Landing Page Conversion?

Most landing pages leak in predictable places. The fixes are not secrets, they are discipline applied in order:

  • Message match. The headline should repeat the promise of the ad that earned the click. Visitors decide in seconds whether they are in the right place.
  • One action. A page with a navigation bar, three competing buttons, and social icons is a homepage in disguise. We remove the exits.
  • Proof over adjectives. Real photos, specific claims, documented work. We never fabricate testimonials or numbers, on our pages or on yours.
  • Form friction. Every extra field costs conversions. We ask what you actually need to follow up with a lead, then cut the rest.
  • Speed. A slow page burns ad budget before anyone reads the offer, so performance is part of design, not an afterthought.

UX and UI both matter here, in different ways. UX decides whether a visitor can understand the offer and complete the action without thinking. UI decides whether the page looks credible enough to act on. Once the page is live, A/B testing settles the arguments: change one element, measure, keep the winner, repeat.

Public pricing

How Much Does a Landing Page Cost?

Our landing page design service starts at $1,500 per page, and that number is public, not a teaser. It includes copy, design, build, tracking, and A/B testing setup. Billing is milestone-based, so you pay as work ships rather than everything up front.

What moves the price above $1,500: custom illustration or animation, integrations with your CRM or booking system, multiple test variants at launch, and deeper research when the offer is complex or the audience is unfamiliar. What does not move it: revisions within the agreed scope, or asking us questions.

If you need more than one page, a marketing site starts at $4,500 and is usually better value than buying three landing pages separately. Small changes to an existing page bill hourly at $40 to $95. Every number we charge is listed on our pricing page.

We reply within 24 hours on business days and send a written proposal within 3 business days. The price is in writing before any work starts, and it does not drift mid-project.

Process and timeline

From Brief to Launch, Step by Step

A single landing page sits at the short end of our 4 to 12 week engagement range, usually about four weeks from brief to launch. Here is where that time goes:

  1. Brief and research (week 1). Who the visitor is, where the click comes from, what the offer is, and what counts as a conversion. We review your ads, your competitors’ pages, and any data you already have.
  2. Copy and wireframe (week 2). You approve the message before any visual design happens. This is where most revisions land, which is exactly where they are cheapest.
  3. Design and build (week 3). Custom design, then a production build on WordPress or Next.js. You review a working page on a staging link, not a static mockup.
  4. Tracking, QA, and launch (week 4). Analytics events, conversion tracking, form tests, speed checks, and cross-device QA. Then launch, with your first A/B test already queued.

Complex integrations or multi-variant launches push the schedule toward the longer end of the range. The proposal states a realistic date, not a hopeful one, and milestone billing means you can see progress before you pay for it.

Who it's for

Who Hires a Landing Page Design Agency?

Three situations account for most of the landing pages we build:

  • Paid traffic. You are spending on ads and sending clicks to your homepage. A dedicated page with tight message match is usually the cheapest conversion win available. We also offer Google Ads management from $1,000/mo and work as a Meta and Facebook ads agency, so the page and the campaign can come from the same team, with no gap between the ad’s promise and the page’s headline.
  • Product and service launches. A new offer needs its own page long before it earns a permanent place in your site’s navigation. A landing page lets you validate demand without rebuilding anything.
  • Lead generation. Service businesses that live on inquiries: quotes, bookings, consultations. The Golden State Coffee Carts case study shows how we approach a conversion-focused build for a small business, from structure to launch.

Not sure whether you need one landing page or a small site? Ask. Book a call and we will tell you which one fits, even when the honest answer is the cheaper option.

How much does a landing page cost?

At Lumien a landing page costs from $1,500, including conversion copy, custom design, the build, analytics and conversion tracking, and A/B testing setup. The price rises with custom illustration, CRM or booking integrations, extra test variants at launch, and the depth of research the offer needs. You get the exact figure in a written proposal within 3 business days, before any work starts.

How long does it take to design and build a landing page?

A single landing page usually ships in about four weeks, at the short end of our 4 to 12 week engagement range. The variables that stretch it are copy approval speed, the number of integrations, and how many test variants you want live at launch. We put a realistic launch date in the proposal and bill by milestone, so you see progress before you pay.

How do you improve landing page design?

Start with message match: the headline should repeat the promise of the ad that brought the visitor. Then cut to one call to action, shorten the form to fields you genuinely need, replace adjectives with real proof, and fix load speed. After that, A/B test one element at a time instead of redesigning on instinct.

What role does UX/UI play in landing page design?

UX determines whether a visitor can understand the offer and complete the action without effort: layout, hierarchy, and form friction. UI determines whether the page looks credible enough to trust with an email address or a payment. On a landing page both disciplines serve one measurable goal, which makes their impact unusually easy to test.

What is included in your landing page package?

Ours includes conversion copywriting, custom mobile-first design, the production build on WordPress or Next.js, analytics and ad conversion tracking, A/B testing setup, and launch QA covering speed and forms. Some providers quote design only and bill copy, build, and tracking separately. Compare scopes before you compare prices.

Can you also run the ads that drive traffic to the page?

Yes. We manage Google Ads and Meta ads from $1,000/mo, and pages convert better when the same team writes the ad and the headline it lands on. If you already have an agency running your ads, we are happy to build the page and coordinate with them instead.
