We are based in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another jurisdiction with data-export rules, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law in the event of a breach.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change or when required by law. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
