The starting point.

Witte Kat Cleaning is a professional cleaning company providing residential, commercial, office, hotel, and post-renovation cleaning services across the Netherlands. The business partnered with our Google Ads agency to generate qualified inquiries from customers actively searching for cleaning services. In addition to Google Ads management, the project included Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to ensure every inquiry could be measured accurately and used to improve campaign performance over time.

The challenge

Consistent leads, but no measurement framework to scale on.

The client wanted to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads while maintaining an efficient advertising budget. Although the company had a professional website and a broad range of cleaning services, there was no complete measurement framework to evaluate advertising performance or identify which marketing activities generated new customers. Launching a Google Ads campaign without reliable data would have limited future optimization. Before scaling paid advertising, it was essential to establish accurate conversion tracking and build a campaign structure capable of supporting long-term lead generation.

The solution

Service-structured search campaigns, measured end to end.

The project started with keyword research and competitor analysis to understand how potential customers search for cleaning services across the Netherlands. This research helped identify high-intent search queries and shaped the structure of the Google Search campaign. Campaigns were organised around the company’s core services, including home cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, hotel cleaning, move-out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning. This approach allowed ads, keywords, and landing page intent to remain closely aligned, improving relevance throughout the customer journey. Responsive Search Ads were written using commercially relevant keywords, clear value propositions, and strong calls to action designed to attract qualified inquiries rather than general website traffic. To support reliable reporting, we implemented Google Analytics 4, configured Google Tag Manager, and established conversion tracking for website contact forms and phone calls. This provided complete visibility into campaign performance and allowed every optimization decision to be based on measurable business outcomes. Following the launch, the account was continuously refined through search term analysis, keyword optimization, bid adjustments, negative keyword management, and ongoing Google Ads management to improve lead quality while maintaining an efficient cost per lead.
