The starting point.
Rule.me is an online driving theory school that helps future drivers prepare for the Ukrainian driving theory exam through online courses, private lessons, group training, and refresher programs. Since every student begins their journey by exploring different learning formats before requesting a consultation or enrolling, the business needed a reliable Google Analytics 4 setup capable of measuring both marketing performance and lead generation across its Tilda website.
Multiple contact channels, no unified conversion tracking
For education businesses, understanding how prospective students engage with different learning options is essential for improving marketing performance. Without accurate conversion tracking, it becomes difficult to identify which advertising campaigns generate qualified enquiries and which traffic sources attract potential students who are genuinely interested in enrolling. The website also relied on multiple contact methods, including enquiry forms, phone calls, and Telegram, making it important to measure every meaningful interaction rather than relying on a single conversion event.
GA4 + GTM event tracking across every lead action
A complete Google Analytics 4 implementation was built using Google Tag Manager as the central measurement platform. The measurement framework was designed to capture every important lead generation action throughout the student acquisition journey. Contact form submissions were tracked through dedicated GA4 events and verified using a thank-you page event to ensure accurate conversion measurement. Additional events were configured for phone calls and Telegram interactions, allowing the business to understand how prospective students preferred to initiate contact. Google Ads conversion tracking was implemented to provide reliable optimisation signals for paid campaigns, while Microsoft Clarity was integrated to complement analytics with behavioural insights such as user navigation patterns and on-page engagement. Every event was validated before deployment to ensure consistent reporting across both Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
The measurement stack we built.

What the results meant.
The completed analytics implementation gives the business complete visibility into how prospective students discover courses and become qualified enquiries. Instead of measuring website traffic alone, the marketing team can now accurately attribute leads to individual campaigns and evaluate which acquisition channels generate the strongest results. With Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Microsoft Clarity, and structured event tracking working together, the business now has a reliable analytics foundation that supports better campaign optimization, more confident marketing decisions, and scalable growth as new educational programs are introduced.
