The starting point.

Rezka Metalla provides precision metal fabrication services for businesses requiring custom manufacturing, laser cutting, welding, and metal processing. Since customers often evaluate technical capabilities and compare suppliers before requesting a quotation, reliable analytics became essential for measuring every stage of the decision-making process. The objective was to build a Google Analytics 4 implementation that accurately tracks qualified enquiries while also providing behavioural insights to improve both advertising performance and the website experience.

The challenge

Enquiries scattered across calls, email and messaging apps

Industrial manufacturing companies typically receive enquiries through multiple communication channels rather than a single contact form. Prospective customers may call directly, send project specifications by email, or initiate conversations through messaging apps before requesting a quotation. Without comprehensive conversion tracking, it was difficult to identify which marketing campaigns generated qualified business enquiries and which traffic sources simply produced website visits. The company also lacked visibility into how visitors engaged with service pages before contacting the sales team, limiting opportunities to improve both advertising performance and user experience.

The solution

GA4 and GTM conversion tracking across every channel

A complete Google Analytics 4 implementation was developed using Google Tag Manager as the central measurement platform. The analytics framework was designed to capture every meaningful customer interaction across the website while supporting Google Ads optimisation. Conversion tracking was implemented for enquiry form submissions, phone calls, email clicks, Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp, ensuring that every primary communication channel generated measurable conversion data. Google Ads conversion tracking was configured alongside Google Ads Remarketing, allowing advertising campaigns to optimise toward qualified business enquiries while building remarketing audiences from website visitors. To better understand visitor engagement before conversion, additional behavioural events were introduced, including scroll depth milestones and session duration tracking. Microsoft Clarity was integrated to complement Google Analytics 4 with heatmaps and session recordings, providing valuable insight into how prospective customers navigate technical service pages before requesting a quotation. Every event was validated before deployment to ensure reliable reporting across both Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
