The starting point.
Due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), some business information has been anonymized.
This ecommerce retailer specializes in motorcycle parts, bicycle components, engines, batteries, tires, and accessories for customers across Ukraine. The client partnered with our Google Ads agency to increase online sales while maintaining a profitable return on advertising spend. The objective was not simply to generate traffic, but to attract high-intent shoppers actively searching for specific products and convert them into customers through a data-driven Google Ads management strategy.
Thousands of SKUs and a budget that had to stay profitable.
The online store offered thousands of products across multiple categories, making campaign structure and budget allocation particularly important. Without a well-organized advertising strategy, budgets could easily be spent on low-intent searches or products with weaker commercial potential. The client needed a scalable ecommerce lead generation and sales strategy that focused on profitable purchases rather than simply increasing website traffic.
Category-structured search optimised on revenue.
We began with keyword research, product segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify the categories and search terms most likely to generate profitable sales. Google Search Ads were structured around high-intent product categories and commercial keywords, allowing shoppers to reach the most relevant landing pages. Campaigns were organised to improve budget control while matching customer search intent more accurately. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking were configured to accurately measure ecommerce purchases and conversion value. This provided clear visibility into campaign profitability and allowed optimisation based on revenue instead of clicks. Following launch, campaigns were continuously refined through search term analysis, bidding optimisation, negative keywords, and ongoing PPC management to improve return on ad spend while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs.
