The starting point.

Imperial Auto Service is a full-service automotive repair center in Odessa providing diagnostics, body repair, suspension repair, painting, air conditioning service, electrical repairs, and vehicle import assistance. The website is focused on generating service enquiries and callback requests from drivers looking for reliable vehicle maintenance and repair.

The challenge

No conversion tracking across multiple enquiry forms

For an auto repair business, every phone call or callback request represents a potential repair order that may range from routine maintenance to high-value bodywork. Without accurate conversion tracking, it is impossible to determine which advertising campaigns generate qualified customers or understand how visitors interact with the website before requesting service. The website also contains multiple enquiry forms placed across different sections, making it important to identify which touchpoints generate the highest number of leads.

The solution

GA4 + GTM tracking for every form, call and channel

A complete Google Analytics 4 implementation was built using Google Tag Manager to accurately measure every important customer interaction. Multiple enquiry forms were configured as individual conversion events, allowing the business to identify where visitors are most likely to submit service requests. Additional tracking was implemented for phone calls, email clicks, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok interactions, ensuring every communication channel contributes to marketing reporting. Google Ads conversion tracking was integrated to improve campaign optimisation, while Microsoft Clarity was implemented to analyse visitor behaviour, user journeys, and potential friction points that affect lead generation.
