Project context

The starting point.

FixHomeService provides appliance repair services across Prague, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners, and commercial kitchen equipment. The project started from scratch with a completely new website and a new Google Ads account. The objective was to build a scalable lead generation system that could consistently generate service requests across multiple appliance categories while establishing a strong presence in Prague’s competitive local search market.

The challenge

A brand-new account with no historical data.

Launching Google Ads without historical campaign data presents several challenges. There are no previous conversion signals, no audience data, and no optimization history for Google’s bidding algorithms. At the same time, appliance repair is a highly competitive local market where users usually contact the first business they trust. Success depends on matching the right service with the right search intent while making it easy for customers to request an appointment. Because the client offered multiple repair services, a single campaign would not have provided enough control over budgets, keywords, or performance.

The solution

A conversion-first website and per-service campaigns.

We developed both the website and the Google Ads infrastructure as one integrated lead generation strategy. The website was designed specifically for Google Ads traffic, with dedicated landing pages for each repair category, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, commercial equipment, and other appliance repair services. Every page focused on a single service with clear calls to action, transparent pricing, trust signals, and fast enquiry forms. Google Search Ads campaigns were then built separately for each service category, allowing budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, and ad copy to be optimised independently. This structure improved search relevance, Quality Score, and gave greater control over campaign performance. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking were configured from launch to measure phone calls and contact form submissions. Search terms were reviewed continuously, negative keywords were expanded, and bidding strategies were refined as conversion data accumulated.

Launching dedicated campaigns for each appliance category created a scalable foundation for future growth. Instead of relying on one general campaign, the business gained full visibility into which repair services generated the highest demand and where advertising budgets produced the strongest return. The combination of a conversion-focused website, granular campaign structure, and accurate conversion tracking established a reliable customer acquisition system from day one.
