Reliable analytics became essential for measuring every customer enquiry, understanding which marketing channels generate repair requests, and providing accurate conversion data for Google Ads optimisation.

A complete Google Analytics 4 implementation was built using Google Tag Manager as the central measurement platform, creating a structured analytics framework for every important customer interaction. Phone call tracking, email click tracking, and repair request form tracking were implemented to ensure every qualified enquiry is recorded inside Google Analytics 4. Because Google Ads is one of the company’s primary acquisition channels, dedicated Google Ads conversion tracking was configured alongside GA4 so bidding algorithms receive accurate conversion signals for optimisation. Microsoft Clarity was integrated to complement quantitative reporting with behavioural insights. Session recordings and heatmaps help identify friction points within the booking process and reveal how visitors interact with service pages before requesting a repair. Ahrefs tracking was also implemented to support long-term SEO analysis, allowing the business to monitor organic search visibility alongside marketing performance data.
