The starting point.
Immigration paperwork is high-stakes and intimidating, and most of this firm’s clients are navigating it in a second language. The brief was a website that reads as calm, clear and trustworthy in the client’s own language, and turns “which form do I even need?” into a booked consultation.
High-anxiety service, no clarity online.
A prospective client searching for help with a Green Card or a Uniting for Ukraine sponsorship needed to understand, quickly and in their own language, what each form is and how the firm helps – then book. Without per-form pages, trust signals and multilingual content, that visitor bounces to a competitor or a paid filing service.

Each immigration track and business service got its own page that explains the form, who it is for and how the firm helps – written to reassure rather than to lawyer-speak – and shipped in English, Russian and Ukrainian. Every page ends in the same call to action: book a personal consultation online.

What we'd do differently next time.
For an anxious, high-stakes audience, tone in the native language matters more than feature count. The Russian and Ukrainian copy needed a second native review pass to land as reassuring rather than literal – worth budgeting that review explicitly instead of treating localisation as find-and-replace.
