Bookkeeping World Services, Trilingual Tax & Accounting Site

Project context

The starting point.

A Citrus Heights accounting practice serving a multilingual immigrant and small-business community across greater Sacramento. The expertise ran deep – tax, bookkeeping, payroll, entity formation – but the online presence was a single brochure page with no pricing, no per-service detail, and a phone number as the only way in.

The challenge

Deep expertise, brochure-thin website.

Prospective clients comparing accountants online found a one-page site with no pricing and no detail on individual services, in English only – which left a large share of the firm’s Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking audience underserved. The only way to start was to call during limited office hours.

  • Single brochure page – no dedicated page per service to rank or convert.
  • No published pricing, so every enquiry started cold.
  • English-only, despite a Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking client base.
  • Phone-only intake during weekday office hours.
What we built

Shipped during the engagement.

Trilingual site (English / Russian / Ukrainian)

A dedicated page per service (tax, bookkeeping, payroll, consultation, formation, training, immigration)

Published entry pricing per service

Online appointment scheduling

Testimonials and trust section

Contact form with service-type routing

LocalBusiness schema for Sacramento-area search

The solution

One clear page per service, in three languages, bookable online.

We structured the site around the firm’s real service lines, giving each its own page with scope, who it is for, and an entry price. The whole experience ships in English, Russian and Ukrainian, and every page routes to a single online scheduler so a prospect can book a slot without waiting for office hours.

Lessons

What we'd do differently next time.

Trilingual scope is a content problem before it is a build problem. The translation and review pass across three languages and seven service pages was the critical path – next time we lock copy in all three languages in week one so design and build never wait on it.
