Google held its annual Made by Google event on August 12 and packed four phones, a smartwatch, earbuds, and a new finder tag into one announcement. All four Pixel 11 phones are available to preorder now ahead of the August 20 general sale.

Cameras and hardware

The standard Pixel 11 gets a noticeably slimmer camera bar (40% thinner than previous base models) and a 48-megapixel main sensor with 56% more light sensitivity than the Pixel 10. Its telephoto reaches 30x Super Zoom. On the switching front, Google says Quick Share on Pixel can now send and receive photos and videos with iPhones and MacBooks.
